Marshall and I attended the Vitaminwater free ski day at Timberline on February 27, 2009. It was the most amazing snowboarding conditions either of us have ever seen - 5 feet of fresh powder and blue skies! I was a little worried about crowds, but it wasn’t bad at all. We wore our selves out doing run after run after run all day - we didn’t even stop for lunch. It was incredible. Part way through the day I entered a snowshoe race with the grand prize being a new snowboard. I was so close to winning.
