We went for a walk one evening last week before we got loaded down with tons of homework. Now we are looking at a weekend crammed with tons of assignments. A 12 page paper on how language has affected our worldview, a 3 page paper on whether guys or girls are more domineering in cross-gender communication, several questions we have to answer in paragraph form regarding a book called "Language Shock", plus studying for a theory test in Phonetics on Monday. Lots to do, but the benefit to that is that there won't be time to get bored. Besides, I'm here to learn and how can I learn much if I don't work hard?
