Health Benefits
Written by Matthew Farnell - Revised on January 10, 2003
The benefits of a healthy diet and lifestyle are numerous. I have compiled a partial list of the possible health benefits below.
Please note that just because a health benefit is experienced by one individual does not guarantee that it will always be experienced by other people who change their diet and lifestyle. God created each of us with a unique, marvelous, self-healing body. I urge you to let the Bible be your final authority in all areas, including health. God alone knows what is best for his creation, and he has given us the Bible as our guide.
Bless the Lord, O my soul: and all that is within me, bless his holy name. Bless the Lord, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits: Who forgiveth all thine iniquities; who healeth all thy diseases; Who redeemeth thy life from destruction; who crowneth thee with lovingkindness and tender mercies; Who satisfieth thy mouth with good things; so that thy youth is renewed like the eagle's. (Psalm 103:1-5)
