Idy's Honey Corn Bread

Ingredients
2 cups of fine corn meal
1 cup of course corn meal
2 tsp of sea salt
1/2-1 cup of raw sugar (or substitute)
1 (8 oz. can) of creamed corn (or raw corn kernals)
3 cups of plain soymilk
1/2 cup of sunflower oil
8 tbsp of honey ( amount of honey can be less)

Instructions
Mix all ingredients for 5 minutes, check for dry clumps.
NOW ADD 3 TBSP OF NON-ALUMNIM BAKING POWDER TO YOUR BATTER. MIX FOR ABOUT A MINUTE, UNTIL YOU SEE BUBBLES, STOP, AND POUR INTO TWO SMALL LASANGE PANS. ( Like an 8 x 12? ) Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes, till golden. TURN OFF oven, drizzle
honey over the crust let sit in oven 5 more mintues. Let cool and enjoy with some homemade veggie chili...
