Carob Frosted Bundt Cake

Dry Ingredients
1-cup of raw or pure cane sugar
2-cups of Unbleached flour (you can use 1 c. wheat)
1-tsp salt
Mix dry ingredients and set aside.

Instructions
Boil 1 Tbsp of flax seeds and 1 cup water in small
sauce pan, until water gets thick like uncooked egg whites.
Set aside and let liquid cool, this will be your egg substitue for the cake. Use 2/3 of this liquid in batter.

Wet Ingredients
1/3-cup of sunflower oil (or soybean)
1 1/2- cup of SoySilk vanilla milk
1-tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
Mix dry and wet ingredients together for 5 minutes. NOW, THIS IS THE KEY TO MAKE THE CAKE RISE...ADD 2 TBSP OF NON-
ALUMINUM BAKING POWDER, MIX IN FOR 30 SECONDS UNTIL YOU SEE BUBBLES, STOP, pour into oiled stone bundt pan, bake 25-30
minutes at 350 degrees. Let cool and ice with melted carob
chips... YUM YUM
