Deliciously Simple Rice-Almond Milk

Ingredients
1c cooked brown rice
2c distilled water
1/4c raw almonds
1/2 tsp sea salt
5 dates or 2 T honey (omit sweetening when using in cooking)

Instructions
Mix well in blender. Add 4 - 5 more cups of distilled water. Strain. Chill. Shake before using. Use the leftover pulp as a hot cereal or in a veggie loaf or muffins. We love to use it in Blueberry Corn Muffins.
