Ingredients
1/4c honey
1 T kuzu
1 13 1/4 oz can of pineapple chunks
1/3c apple cider vinegar
1 tsp sea salt
1 T distilled water
1 small green pepper, diced

Instructions
Mix all but the peppers and heat to thicken. Bring to a boil, cover and simmer 10 minutes. Add peppers, cover and simmer 5 minutes, until crisp tender. Serve immediately, before the peppers loose their pretty bright green crispness. This is great over stirfry veggies and brown rice. Also delicious over oatballs on brown rice. Do not, however, serve at a pot luck out of a crock pot where the oatballs are sitting in the sauce...they will get really gross. Serve the sauce and oatballs from seperate bowls.
