Spicy Sliced Potatoes Spicy Sliced Potatoes

Ingredients
6 large potatoes
3 tablespoons Bragg's or soy sauce
1 teaspoons ground thyme
1 teaspoon rosemary
3/4 teaspoon oregano
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 garlic clove - minced
1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions
Slice the potatoes into wedges and place in an ungreased 9x13 casserole dish. Mix the remaining ingredients in a small bowl and drizzle over the potatoes. Stir well. Bake uncovered at 375 for 45 minutes (or until the potatoes are tender) stirring every 15 minutes.
