Recipe for 1 serving. Multiply as needed: Ingredients: Place bisquick in one ziplock bag and everything else in another. Backcountry Preparation: Adapted from "Lipsmackin’ Vegetarian Backpackin’"
Boil 1 cup water and add berry mixture. Lower heat to just high enough to keep boiling. Knead 3 T of water into the bisquick bag. Cut a corner from the bisquick bag and squeeze spoon sized drops into berry soup. Push under. Cover and steam for 5 – 7 minutes. Cobbler is done when dumplings are fully cooked.
