Chet Day's Health and Beyond - This web site includes articles, recipes, and e-mail newsletters related to natural health.

Hallelujah Acres - Hallelujah Acres promotes a mostly raw, vegan diet supplemented with fresh carrot juice, Udo's Oil, BarleyMax, Vitamin B12, as well as exercise and sunshine. They avoid white sugar and all animal products. It is based on Genesis 1:29. This web site includes articles, testimonies, recipes, discussion forums, events, products, and more. It also includes a free e-mail health tip and a free newsletter called "Back to the Garden."

PRISMŽ Weight Loss Program - "The PRISMŽ Weight Loss Program is a Christian oriented program. It is a complete, 24 plus weeks program divided into four or more six-week phases. Enrollment is optional for each six-week phase, enabling you to choose how long you will participate in the program. Each phase includes a curriculum that participants read on a daily basis. For those who choose to attend a PRISMŽ support group, weekly meetings are offered which include a video presentation and encouragement from your group leader and fellow class members."

Weigh of Wisdom - The Weigh of Wisdom Workshop promotes a diet called the "Plan B Diet." This diet includes fresh vegetable juice, fruits, vegetables, grains, meat, and dairy, as well as exercise and sunshine. They avoid white flour, white sugar, and supplement with BarleyLife, Herbal Fiber Blend, and Udo's Oil. It is based on three "B's" - Basic, Bible, and Balanced.
