Fruit Rollups
Ingredients Jar of applesauce (or homemade) 1 package of unsweetened "Kool-aid" or other flavoring of your choiceInstructions Mix the applesauce and about half the package of "Kool-aid" or other flavoring. Try and add more if more flavor desired. Pour on sheet and dehydrate. I also add a little shredded coconut to the top before dehydrating for a different taste. When done, roll up in a sheet of wax paper and it's ready to go. For hiking I love the lemon and lime flavors. It helps to produce saliva and quenches the thrist.
