Gazpacho Soup (Raw/Cold Spanish Veg Soup) Gazpacho Soup (Raw/Cold Spanish Veg Soup)

Ingredients
1/4 bottle (750 ml. bottle) tomato juice
1/2 small cucumber peeled and chopped
1/3 large tomato chopped
1/3 large celery stalk
1 green onion chopped
1 tsp of parsley
1/4 red pepper
1 clove garlic pressed

Instructions
Blend ingredients using a blender or food processor ~ pour in a little juice with every blended veggie.

Pour each juice and veggie mixture into large bowl, and add 1 tbsp cider vinegar, a slurp of flax oil, and Braggs Liquid Aminos.
