Over the past few months Charlie has been working on a new project - a cedar strip sea kayak. It is built by gluing 3/4 x 1/4" strips of cedar together over a jig. Once the kayak has taken shape, it is removed from the jig and covered with fiberglass cloth and epoxy resin.
