September 15, 2004 - Matthew was given the opportunity to attend the 2004 Gospelcom Conference with the theme of "Being Prepared." Below are pictures of the facility and the event. Pretty nice, huh? Time to go figure out how to get on the wireless network I guess. First thing to do is IM mom and let her know I arrived ok.
All right! On the wireless network. This sure is a lot faster than dial-up. They said there was no guarantee that we could connect from our rooms, but I'm getting a strong signal here. Sweet!!!

Another view out the window. The time here is 2 hours later than home, so it might take a day to get accustomed. Oh well, I don't have to be at any sessions until 11:30 a.m. tomorrow. I'll try to post more pictures within a day or so.

Nice salad with dessert in the background. We had a full course meal...salad, sherbert, rolls, steak, potatoes, veggies, and dessert.

Today is Mexican food...salad, tostadas, burritos, rice, salsa, gaucamole, fruit salad, and tortilla soup.

September 18th - Last day of the conference starts out with a great breakfast.
Mmmmmm.
After a few workshops, it's lunch time. Ah, some fresh fruit!
